The Collaboration you never knew you needed until now. WNOW has been doing amazing work in the Mens Mental Health space, so when mates within a few communities here in the Eastern Suburbs reached out about combining the two movements on an Ironman Suit, it was simply a no brainer. 

WNOW meet every Wednesday morning at 6am for a conversation, an exercise, and a space to not feel alone. With a variety of locations not only here in Australia, but world wide, we are excited to introduce this movement to Friends of the Floral that may not have heard about this community.

Mack Newton Jones & Cormac Walsh drop into the Bottle.It studio to discuss their journey with WNOW and the upcoming Cairns Ironman where the Floral/WNOW Suits will be flying around under the Palms. With 2 Athletes racing the 70.3, Mack and Jack Foster, and Cormac and Josh Hardy racing the full. We speak about their training, mindset and what ironman has bought to their lives.

This conversation touches on a variety of common topics that arise with Mens Mental Health, and it is refreshing AF to once again be reminded that we have an involved community pursuing the Positve, the Light, rather than being absorbed by the Dark.

We make reference to Cormacs Dad being a sounding board for advice, then with him moving to Aus, missing that closeness to discuss life. I circle back and reference that loss, and it may appear that his father has passed. We assure you that he is alive and well, and this isn't a memorial episode.
